The goal of the KITEK CONSTRUCTION management team is to prevent any accidents, injuries and illnesses in the workplace. In order to achieve this, the management is obliged to emphasise their duty to prevent accidents and protect the health and safety of each employee over other factors concerning the performance and management of work. The ultimate goal of the company at each level of our organisation is to ensure occupational health and safety for its own employees, employees of the owners/clients, as well as employees of all subcontractors at each stage of the work.

Our company’s OHSE Policy emphasizes that every employee and manager of the company is absolutely responsible for achieving our ultimate OHSE goal, which is a ZERO NUMBER OF ACCIDENTS, LESS POLLUTION AND MINIMUM WASTE.
